TRUE Colours

As part of our FitMind50 fun mini challenges we recently asked you to send us a rainbow – the symbol so movingly used to honour our incredible health and care workers and other frontline staff. And your creativity ran riot. Thank you so much to everyone who sent in entries. They were all amazing.
