A New Adventure For Finn!

Hayden may have left Finn at the proverbial altar, but GH’s quirky doc isn’t ready to let her — or the baby she’s carrying — go.

The In Depth Story: When Dr. Finn came to Port Charles, the last thing he expected to find was love… and now, he can’t believe he’s lost it!

“He’s heartbroken,” portrayer Michael Easton says. “Finn knows he and Hayden are deeply flawed and probably shouldn’t have found each other… but they did. Now, he wants to apologize. He wants to make things right. He wantsHis only her focusto comeis findinghome. her and the baby.”

Finn turns to Hayden’s father this week and Curtis gets a lead, but as we know, Rebecca Budig has wrapped her stint as the runaway bride. (In fact, you can read her Exit Interview on page 50!) “My first week back without Rebecca, I wandered around the studio a little aimlessly and a little lost,” admits Easton. “I think Finn will be a little lost, too. This storyline was just hitting a place where it had become interesting. The only positive I take out of it — and I always try to think positively — is that Hayden’s still out there and maybe someday, does she come back?” For now, GH has another story in mind for Finn. “He will get involved in a very different pursuit,” teases co-headwriter Shelly Altman. “One which uses his expertise as a doctor and brings him into the world of espionage!” But before any of that can happen, Finn’s first step may just be accepting his fate… without succumbing to his addiction. “When the dust settles and he tries to pick up the pieces of his life, he’ll have to deal with the demons inside,” Easton warns. “I certainly hope he doesn’t go back down that road!”

Might Hayden and Finn eventually get another chance to share love… and really big iced teas?

“You may have cost me Hayden,” smirked Finn, “but now I’ll never share my hair-care secrets with you. Never!”
