Dax Shep­ard, 42, is best known as Crosby Braver­man on NBC’s Par­ent­hood and for his Sam­sung com­mer­cials with his wife, ac­tress Kristen Bell. He revs up for the big screen March 24 as the star, writer and di­rec­tor of CHIPS, the comedic re­make of the 1977–83 mo­tor­cy­cle-cop TV se­ries.
