TROY CLARK has been promoted by Presbyterian Healthcare Services to vice president, regional delivery system operations. Clark joined Presbyterian Healthcare Services in 2014, and has 20 years’ experience in managing various health care acquisitions and startup operations. He has a bachelor’s degree in business, and a master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. RICHARD COFFEL has been promoted to director of the New Mexico Veterans Business Outreach Center (NM VBOC). Coffel previously was a VBOC Veterans’ business adviser since joining the organization in 2014 and also previously worked as a disabled veteran outreach program specialist with New Mexico Workforce Connection. Coffel has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
