Waived Rose’s next stop: Rams
Former New Mexico State running back Larry Rose III, who was waived by the Tennessee Titans on Monday, was picked up by the Los Angeles Rams on Tuesday, the Rams’ team website reported.
Rose had signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent and participated in minicap last week. The Rams’ roster stands at 90 players.
PANTHERS: Hedge fund manager David Tepper has agreed to buy the team from team founder Jerry Richardson, the Associated Press reported on Tuesday. The price tag is the most ever paid for an NFL franchise, eclipsing the $1.4 billion the Pegula family paid to purchase the Buffalo Bills in 2014.
