One of my fa­vorite ways to nat­u­rally de­tox is to make a fresh juice drink each morn­ing. It's a great way to start my day and give my body a su­per boost of vi­ta­mins and min­er­als. Just place in­gre­di­ents in a juicer and en­joy; then, eat breakfast! My fa­vorite juice recipe in­cludes:

1 ap­ple 1 to 2 car­rots 1 to 2 cu­cum­bers Dark, leafy greens like kale, spinach, or Swiss chard Pars­ley Wedge of lemon
