Citrus Horseradish Cranberry Sauce
2 organic oranges, juiced 1 teaspoon Bubbie’s horseradish ¼ cup raw honey 1 teaspoon zest from an organic orange 12 ounces organic cranberries
Boil the orange juice, horseradish, honey, and orange zest on high heat. Once boiling, add cranberries. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cranberries have burst. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Once the cranberry sauce reaches room temperature, cover and refrigerate. This can be done several days in advance. Not a horseradish fan? This recipe is also great without it.
