Makes 16 oz. Sum­mer God­dess is a bright, nu­tri­tive, tangy tea. This blend can be made into a sun tea or cold in­fu­sion. Chrysan­the­mum is added be­cause it aids in clear­ing heat, es­pe­cially in the liver. This blend is full of vi­ta­mins and min­er­als, cools the body, and helps man­age stress.

5 oz. tulsi 2.5 oz. mint 2.5 oz. hibiscus 2.5 oz. rasp­berry leaf 2.5 oz. fennel 1.25 oz. chrysan­the­mum

STEEPING Com­bine 3 ta­ble­spoons of loose tea and 4 cups wa­ter in a lid­ded jar. Place it in a warm, sunny place for 1 to 3 hours. Shake vig­or­ously. Strain and en­joy with ice, or re­frig­er­ate.
