SUMMER GODDESS TEA
Makes 16 oz. Summer Goddess is a bright, nutritive, tangy tea. This blend can be made into a sun tea or cold infusion. Chrysanthemum is added because it aids in clearing heat, especially in the liver. This blend is full of vitamins and minerals, cools the body, and helps manage stress.
5 oz. tulsi 2.5 oz. mint 2.5 oz. hibiscus 2.5 oz. raspberry leaf 2.5 oz. fennel 1.25 oz. chrysanthemum
STEEPING Combine 3 tablespoons of loose tea and 4 cups water in a lidded jar. Place it in a warm, sunny place for 1 to 3 hours. Shake vigorously. Strain and enjoy with ice, or refrigerate.
