1 stalk cel­ery, chopped 2 cups kale leaves, chopped 3 cu­cum­bers, quar­tered 1 lemon, peeled and halved 1½-inch piece gin­ger root, peeled and sliced

Us­ing a juicer, process in this or­der: half the cel­ery, kale, cu­cum­ber, and lemon; then gin­ger root; and then re­main­ing cel­ery, kale, cu­cum­ber, and lemon. Whisk and serve.
