Amer­ica’s Cool Modernism: O’ke­effe

to Hop­per at the Ash­molean Mu­seum will show­case 35 paint­ings that have never been seen in the United King­dom. Loans from the Metropolitan Mu­seum of Art and the Terra Foun­da­tion for Amer­i­can Art in­clude iconic works from Amer­ica’s Jazz Age and Great De­pres­sion from Ge­or­gia O’ke­effe,arthur Dove, Paul Strand, Charles Sheeler, Charles De­muth and oth­ers.

The exhibition re­mains on view through July 22.
