government agency which employs ghosts to protect humans from evil hauntings. When new agents Jackson Moss and Watts uncover a plot by the agency’s Most Wanted Haunter to destroy the Bureau, they must use their skills to defeat his ghoulish army and save the world. After their ineptitude ruins all their masters (including a T. Rex and Dracula) they flee to Antarctica to live in isolation. But in the 1960s, boredom drives some of them out into the world to find a new master, leading them to the stylish Scarlet Overkill who is bent on world-domination.
