None of Arkansas State’s four quarterbacks have taken a snap in a game for the Red Wolves. But senior Chad Voytik was a starter for one season at Pittsburgh, and sophomore Justice Hansen started last season at Butler County ( Kan.) Community College. Those two are expected to lead ASU’s quarterback race his fall.
