Need to pay attention

Thursday afternoon, I was driving east on Fourth Street in downtown Little Rock. I approached an intersection for which I had the right of way. A woman in a tan SUV pulled out in front of me after ignoring her stop sign. Luckily, we did not collide. I saw that she was holding her cell phone with her left hand directly in front of her face. I could even see that she was scrolling with her thumb. She never even looked in my direction.

Wake up, Arkansas. No one wants to die this way.
