Chef David Bull cre­ates the menu each time to cel­e­brate the beauty of the world’s most revered white truf­fles. (Truf­fles are a tasty in­gre­di­ent in some of Sec­ond Bar + Kitchen’s dishes, like its fa­mous truf­fle fries.) La Cor­sha Restau­rant Group’s Paula Rester will have Ital­ian wines to pair with each dish. Cour­ses in­clude the brown but­ter sea scal­lop and steak Diane.
