Buses: CARTS buses will not run Mon­day. Cap­i­tal Metro buses will run on nor­mal sched­ules Sun­day and Mon­day; Metro­Rail will run on a reg­u­lar sched­ule Mon­day.

Col­leges and uni­ver­si­ties: Austin Com­mu­nity Col­lege and Hus­ton-Til­lot­son Uni­ver­sity classes will not meet Sun­day. Con­cor­dia Uni­ver­sity Texas and St. Ed­ward’s Uni­ver­sity will not have classes Mon­day. Uni­ver­sity of Texas will have classes Mon­day.

Garbage col­lec­tion and land­fills: Garbage col­lec­tion ser­vices pro­vided as usual, and all land­fills open Mon­day.

Li­braries: Lago Vista, Lake Travis, Lib­erty Hill, Round Rock, Wells Branch and West Bank li­braries will be closed Sun­day. Austin, Bas­trop, Buda, Cedar Park, Drip­ping Springs, Ge­orge­town, Jon­estown, Kyle, Le­an­der, Lock­hart, Pflugerville, San Mar­cos, Tay­lor and Wim­ber­ley li­braries will be closed Sun­day and Mon­day. Bee Cave, Ber­tram, Burnet, El­gin, Florence, Hutto, Kings­land, Lakeshore, Llano, Lul­ing, Mar­ble Falls, Prairie Lea and Smithville li­braries will be closed Satur­day, Sun­day and Mon­day.

Mail ser­vice: Post of­fices closed Mon­day; only ex­press mail will be de­liv­ered.

Schools: Most sum­mer school pro­grams will not meet on Mon­day. Check with dis­tricts.
