BREAST CAN­CER FOUN­DA­TION SELL­ING WED­DING AT­TIRE TO HELP MAKE MEM­O­RIES

On the hunt for your wed­ding gown? Mil­waukie, Ore.-based Mak­ing Mem­o­ries Breast Can­cer Foun­da­tion will have its two-day Brides Against Breast Can­cer Na­tion­wide Tour of Gowns event start­ing Fri­day at the Re­nais­sance Ho­tel (9721 Ar­bore­tum Blvd.) Gowns, in­clud­ing de­signer dresses, start at $199, and ac­ces­sories such as tiaras, veils and crino­lines will be avail­able. There will be a pre­view from 10 a.m. to noon Fri­day. Ad­mis­sion is $20. The gen­eral sale, which is free and open to the pub­lic, will be from noon to 8 p.m. Fri­day and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Satur­day. Gown do­na­tions also will be ac­cepted; gowns should be from 2006 or newer. Mak­ing Mem­o­ries is a non­profit or­ga­ni­za­tion that grants wishes to men and women with stage IV breast can­cer.
