Le­mon-Thyme Iced Tea

6 oz. unsweet­ened iced black tea 2 oz. le­mon-thyme sim­ple syrup 1 oz. vodka 1 oz. limon­cello 1 Tbsp. le­mon juice 1 sprig fresh thyme

In a cock­tail shaker, com­bine the tea, syrup, vodka, limon­cello and le­mon juice. Add ice, then shake. Strain into a tall ice-filled glass. Gar­nish with a sprig of fresh thyme. Makes 1 serv­ing.
