Con’ Olio Oils & Vine­gars

Con’ Olio, lo­cated in the Ar­bore­tum in North Austin, car­ries one of the biggest se­lec­tions of olive oils and vine­gars in the area. The oils, many of which are in­fused with fla­vors in­clud­ing truf­fle, Per­sian lime and wild mush­room, are im­ported from Europe, Aus­tralia, South Amer­ica and Cal­i­for­nia but co-owner Jeff Conarko says he hopes to carry olive oil from First Texas Olive Oil Co. in Wim­ber­ley later this year.
