U.S. Army vet­eran Ser­ena Hay­den had ar­ranged for a pho­to­jour­nal­ist who was not a mem­ber of the U.S. mil­i­tary to ride in the con­voy.

A story on Tues­day’s Page B1 about City Man­ager Marc Ott’s pick to run Austin En­ergy in­cor­rectly stated that Ott trav­eled to Cal­i­for­nia to in­ter­view Art Acevedo as part of the process to hire a po­lice chief. It was then-City Man­ager Toby Futrell who vis­ited Cal­i­for­nia.

An As­so­ci­ated Press story on Wed­nes­day’s Page B7 mis­stated the cost of a busi­ness tax credit that Gov. Rick Perry has pro­posed. The $15 mil­lion es­ti­mate is for a two-year pe­riod.
