EL-ARISH, Egypt — A Libyan aid ship blocked by Israel’s navy from sailing to the Gaza Strip reached Egypt’s port of el-Arish, bringing an end to the latest challenge to Israel’s embargo of the Palestinian territory. Egypt’s foreign minister, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, said Cairo has agreed to let the Amalthea dock and unload its cargo, which will be handed over to the Red Crescent aid group to deliver to Gaza.
