Winner: Thomas Voeckler of France won his second career Tour stage in 4 hours, 44 minutes, 51 seconds.
Who’s in yellow: In a controversial move, Spain’s Alberto Contador took the lead from Andy Schleck of Luxembourg. Contador went from 31 seconds behind Schleck, to 8 seconds ahead in the overall standings.
Where’s lance?: In Stage 15, Armstrong finished in 23rd place and is in 31st place overall, 40 minutes, 31 seconds behind Contador.
Thomas Voeckler of France wins the 116.5-mile 15th stage of the Tour on Monday. It was his second career stage victory.
