Re: July 16 article “Judge rebuked but avoids ouster.”
I read with interest the decision to reprimand and not remove Judge Sharon Keller for her lapse in judgment in following proper procedure. It seems that in regard to the law of our country, which in fact is based on a very specific code of justice that every citizen is entitled to, somehow the system failed and failed miserably.
Keller most certainly will have to face judgment on her own day of reckoning, and as sure as I am sitting here in Connecticut, Michael Richard will finally have his day in the court that really matters. And Keller will not be the one sitting up high on the bench.
