El Paso police say they arrested Spc. Randy Cuellar on Sunday morning and jailed him on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A police statement says he’s accused of stabbing 28-yearold Daniel Aguilar during an early morning fight. Police said Aguilar suffered neck and back injuries, although the extent of his wounds was unclear.
