Baker-Aicklen & Associates Inc., a civil engineering and surveying firm, promoted David Strutton from division manager to chief executive officer. The firm also named Chet Glasscock operations manager surveying and Mike Fisher senior project engineer. Glasscock was a survey unit manager for Jacobs Carter Burgess. Fisher was project manager for Pate Engineers Inc.
Enspire Learning, which develops online training programs, named John Roberts chief operating officer. Previously, Roberts was managing director at the Corporate Executive Board Co. and an assistant professor at Syracuse University.
The Hilton Austin Airport hotel named Mary Ann Keenan senior sales manager and promoted Jenni Dyer to express sales manager. Keenan was the area sales manager for John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts. Dyer was the sales executive assistant prior to the promotion.
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP named Barrett Shipman partner. Shipman will be working in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions advisory practice.
Hamilton, Pyle & Bowman LLP, an accounting firm, named Jessica Benedict audit manager. Benedict previously served as audit manager at J.H. Cohn LLP in San Diego and worked in the Houston and San Antonio offices of KPMG.
Campus Advantage, an Austin-based national student housing company, promoted Scott Duckett to chief busi- ness development of f icer and executive vice president. Duckett joined the company in 2005 as the director of business development.
Greenlights for NonProfit Success, which offers management consulting services to nonprofit groups, named Amy Silvey development director. Most recently, Silvey served as senior director of development for the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas.
Yvonne Lim-Wilson was named executive director of the Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce. She has been publisher of Asian Austin, an online news magazine, and is a former managing editor of the West Austin News.
Susan Davenport was named the 2010 Champion of Small Business by the National Coalition for Capital. Davenport is the vice president of business retention and expansion at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.
