The Buffaloes expect the play of the offensive line to be greatly improved in 2010. In the previous couple of years, little depth and young players combined with plenty of defensive pressure to add up to too many sacks, which brought unwelcome scrutiny.
That should change as guard Ryan Miller and tackle Nate Solder lead a solid and deeper unit.
“I’d like to stop seeing our names in the paper,” Solder said. “Usually offensive linemen like to stay out of the spotlight. We’re OK if you don’t notice us.”
