OK­LA­HOMA CITY — The RedHawks used a five-run sixth in­ning to turn a com­pet­i­tive game into a run-away vic­tory over the Ex­press.

Round Rock has lost six of its last seven and 12 of its last 13 on the road. Ok­la­homa City leads the sea­son se­ries 9-2.

Yor­man Bazardo pitched well in a spot start for the Ex­press, his first start af­ter 26 re­lief ap­pear­ances. Bazardo (2-3) got the loss, al­low­ing three runs in five in­nings.

Michael Kirk­man (10-3) held the Ex­press to a run on five hits in six in­nings.

Round Rock’s Wladimir Su­til led off the fourth in­ning with a dou­ble, the team’s only ex­tra-base hit, and scored on Brian Bo­gu­se­vic’s sin­gle.
