Man injured in one-vehicle crash
A 38-year-old man was injured early Friday morning in a one-vehicle crash on FM 2244 in Bee Cave, according to an official from the Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
The car left the road near Jester Boulevard about 3:30 a.m., and the driver was pinned inside, the official said. The rescue included a STAR Flight helicopter, EMS and the West Lake Hills Fire Department, the official said.
The man, who had not been identified, suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening, the official said. He was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge.
