ST. LOUIS — No. 1 overall draft pick Sam Bradford agreed to a six-year, $78 million contract with the St. Louis Rams, with $50 million in guar- anteed money.
The Rams and the former Oklahoma quarterback concluded negotiations Friday night, just in time for the first full-squad workout set for today.
The guaranteed money is the highest ever in the NFL. Other signings:

• Safety Eric Berry, the fifth overall pick in last spring’s draft from the University of Tennessee, says on his Twitter account that he’s reached a deal with the Chiefs.
• The Vikings signed secondround draft pick Toby Gerhart, who will back up Adrian Peterson at running back, to a four-year deal.
