Crash on Man­chaca proves fa­tal

In 2008, Her­nan­dez be­gan post­ing pros­ti­tu­tion ads for the woman on var­i­ous web­sites, in­clud­ing Craigslist, the af­fi­davit said.

He would mon­i­tor calls made to the woman, and made ar­range­ments for call­ers to meet with her at the Austin apart­ment they shared, the af­fi­davit said.

On the doc­u­ment, Her­nan­dez was listed as liv­ing in the 900 block of Reinli Street near East Koenig nan­dez called her his “401(k)” plan, “mean­ing the pro­ceeds of pros­ti­tut­ing her are akin to hav­ing a long-term in­vest­ment,” the af­fi­davit said.

Her­nan­dez re­mained in Travis County Jail on Mon­day with bail set at $250,000.

Court doc­u­ments show he also was or­dered to have no con­tact with the woman, and stay at least 200 yards away from her.
