Daniel, who was in court Monday, is scheduled to appear in court again Jan. 25. Hunt said the date for his trial should be scheduled for the late summer or fall and that it should not interfere with his work on the Norwood case.
“The court understands that it is going to take time to put (Daniel’s) case together,” Hunt said.
