Racketeering trial for lawyer moved
The racketeering trial of an attorney linked to a disgraced ex-South Texas judge has been moved from Brownsville to Corpus Christi.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen moved the trial of Marc Rosenthal of Austin.
The Valley Morning Star reported that the prosecution argued Rosenthal has conducted publicity stunts that could taint the jury pool in Cameron County. His attorney maintains Rosenthal is just exercising his constitutional rights.
