City offering tree recycling

The City of Pflugerville is offering Christmas tree recycling from Wednesday to Jan. 13 at the Wells Point Park Soccer fields at Heatherwilde and Olympic drives.

Residents can unload trees at the south end of the parking lot.

Remove all decorations and the Christmas tree stand before recycling. The tree will be recycled into mulch, which is offered free all year at the recycling center. Call the Parks and Recreation Department at 512-990-6355 for more information.
