Pub­lic’s in­put sought on pro­posed ’13 bond

The Austin school district is seek­ing com­mu­nity in­put on a pro­posed 2013 bond. The pro­posal, which is be­ing worked on by a ci­ti­zens ad­vi­sory com­mit­tee, could in­clude money for the lo­ca­tion for a pro­posed all-boys school and im­prov­ing ath­letic fa­cil­i­ties, among other things.

Trustees will host two pub­lic hear­ings in Jan­uary: 6:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at Crock­ett High School, 5601 Man­chaca Road; and 6:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at Rea­gan High School, 7104 Berk­man Drive.
