Alphabet’s Jigsaw R&D chief to talk at SXSW

In one of its last big pushes before South by Southwest starts March 10, the conference has announced its final set of keynote speakers and another cluster of featured speakers across tech, film, music and the increasingly popular area of “entertainment influencers.”
