MAN KILLED, TWO OTHERS INJURED IN NORTH AUSTIN SHOOTING
One man is dead and two others were injured after a shooting in North Austin early Sunday, Austin police said. Officers responded around 5:30 a.m. to a shooting in the 1900 block of Rutland Drive, officials said.
One man, who police believe to be in his 20s, was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical life-threatening injuries, where he later died. The two other victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting is being treated as a homicide investigation.
No other details were available Sunday afternoon.
