Man, 33, shot dead overnight in E. Bal­ti­more

A 33-year-old man is dead af­ter be­ing shot mul­ti­ple times overnight in East Bal­ti­more. Po­lice said of­fi­cers ar­rived early Sun­day in the 2100 block of Kirk Ave. in the East Bal­ti­more Mid­way neigh­bor­hood and found the man. Po­lice said that medics pro­nounced the man dead at the scene, lo­cated just north of Green­wood Ceme­tery. Homi­cide de­tec­tives are in­ves­ti­gat­ing. Po­lice also are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a dou­ble shoot­ing from Sun­day morn­ing in East Bal­ti­more — just a few blocks east of the homi­cide. Of­fi­cers found two men shot in the 1600 block of Nor­mal Ave. in the Dar­ley Park neigh­bor­hood just be­fore 11 a.m. Sun­day. A 21-year-old man was shot in the but­tocks, and a 24-year-old man was shot in the leg, po­lice said. Both were taken to hos­pi­tals for treat­ment, and city­wide shoot­ing de­tec­tives are in­ves­ti­gat­ing. Later Sun­day, a 19-year-old man was shot in the an­kle in East Bal­ti­more, po­lice said. The man was found in the 2100 block of Aiken St. in the East Bal­ti­more Mid­way neigh­bor­hood around 6:30 p.m., po­lice said. He was taken to a hospi­tal for treat­ment.
