Blast will open season at Harrisburg

The Blast an­nounced its 20-game 2016-17 Ma­jor Arena Soc­cer League reg­u­lar-season sched­ule Tues­day. The team will open on the road against the Harrisburg Heat on Nov. 5. The home opener, the first of 10 reg­u­lar- season home games at Royal Farms Arena, is set for Nov. 11 against the Mil­wau­kee Wave.

The MASL has 17 teams with the Blast, the de­fend­ing league cham­pion, com­pet­ing in the Eastern Divi­sion with the Heat, Syra- cuse Sil­ver Knights and ex­pan­sion Florida Trop­ics SC.

Season tick­ets and par­tial plans are avail­able through the Blast of­fice at 410-73BLAST (410-732-5278). Sin­gle-game tick­ets will go on sale at a later date and will be avail­able at the Royal Farms Arena box of­fice, and all Tick­et­mas­ter out­lets, by call­ing Tick­et­Mas­ter at 410547-SEAT or go­ing on­line at tick­et­mas­
