Two men shot in city

Two men were shot in a dou­ble shoot­ing in South­west Bal­ti­more on Thurs­day morn­ing, ac­cord­ing to Bal­ti­more po­lice. About 10:22 a.m., spe­cial oper­a­tions of­fi­cers work­ing in the area ob­served a ve­hi­cle “speed­ing away from a shoot­ing scene,” and fol­lowed it to an area hos­pi­tal, po­lice said. There, two men in the ve­hi­cle — aged 42 and 44 — were found to be suf­fer­ing from gun­shot wounds, po­lice said. They told po­lice they had been shot in the 2500 block of Boyd St. in the city’s Ship­ley Hill neigh­bor­hood, po­lice said.
