Hogan calls Trump video ‘disgraceful and outrageous’
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said Tuesday that Donald Trump’s comments about women in a 2005 video were “disgraceful and outrageous.” The Republican governor said this summer that he would not vote for Trump, his party’s presidential nominee. In response to a reporter’s question, Hogan said Tuesday that he has yet to decide whom he will write in on the November ballot for president. Hogan added that he believes it’s too late for Trump to drop out of the race. Early voting starts in Maryland on Oct. 27 and Election Day is Nov. 8.Hogan also announced Tuesday that a Cabinet secretary will become his chief of staff. Hogan appointed Sam Malhotra, secretary of the Department of Human Resources, to take over the top staff job on Oct. 26.
