Bal­ti­more po­lice rule in­fant’s death a homi­cide

The death in Septem­ber of an in­fant who sus­tained head trauma in May has been ruled a homi­cide, Bal­ti­more po­lice said Wed­nes­day. Khalil Can­nady, who was 6 months old, died Sept. 24 af­ter be­ing in­jured May 25, po­lice said. West­ern Dis­trict of­fi­cers re­sponded to a hos­pi­tal for a report of pos­si­ble child abuse at the time of the in­jury, po­lice said. De­tec­tives are in­ves­ti­gat­ing. Also on Thurs­day, po­lice iden­ti­fied two re­cent homi­cide vic­tims from the South­ern Dis­trict. Travis Green, 25, was killed in the 2400 block of Paca St. on Wed­nes­day. An­thony Gra­ham, 31, was killed in the 600 block of N. Glover St. on Tues­day.
