Trump never grew up

Since when is bragging about sexually assaulting women a “mere distraction” from real world problems?

Donald Trump’s misogynistic assertion that self-aggrandizing portrayals of his aggressive violations of women’s sexual privacy are insignificant shows he thinks that the last 50 years of struggle for women’s rights is meaningless.

In 2005, when he was already 59, Mr. Trump was still seeking to impress men around him with boasts of dominating women. Today, he dismisses his brags as “locker room talk.”

It is clear Mr. Trump’s misogyny is integral to his character and that he has not outgrown it in the normal course of maturity. For him to say now that he intends to become “a better man” over the next 30 days would be laughable if it weren’t so frightening.
