Man, 19, killed in one of 2 shoot­ings in Bal­ti­more

Bal­ti­more po­lice were in­ves­ti­gat­ing af­ter a 19year-old man was shot dead in the Green­spring area of North Bal­ti­more overnight. Po­lice said Sun­day morn­ing that they re­sponded around 3:45 a.m. to the 2400 block of Loy­ola North­way, where they found the man. Paramedics pro­nounced him dead at the scene. Po­lice did not re­lease de­tails about a mo­tive or sus­pects. Also Sun­day, Cen­tral Dis­trict of­fi­cers were in­ves­ti­gat­ing a shoot­ing that hos­pi­tal­ized a 33-year-old man. Po­lice said the man was shot be­fore 2:15 a.m. in the 600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boule­vard in the Se­ton Hill neigh­bor­hood, and drove him­self to North and Mary­land av­enues in the Charles-North area, where he con­tacted po­lice.
