Man­ning’s 4 TD passes, ‘D’ lift Gi­ants

Eli Man­ning threw for four touch­downs and the de­fense had two in­ter­cep­tions and three stops on fourth downs to lead the Gi­ants past the Ea­gles 28-23 on Sun­day in East Ruther­ford, N.J.

Two of Man­ning’s touch­down passes went to Odell Beck­ham Jr., with the others to Roger Lewis Jr. and Ster­ling Shep­ard.

The Gi­ants (5-3) won their third straight game. The Ea­gles fell to 4-4 after a 3-0 start. Li­ons 22, Vik­ings 16: Matthew Stafford threw a 28-yard scor­ing pass to Golden Tate in over­time. Matt Prater’s 58-yard field goal as time ex­pired forced OT. The Li­ons (5-4) have won four of five. Sam Brad­ford went 31 of 40 for 273 yards and a touch­down for the Vik­ings (5-3), who lost their third in a row. Charg­ers 43, Ti­tans 35: Melvin Gor­don ran for a ca­reer-high 196 yards and scored the go-ahead TD on a 1-yard run, and DBs Dwight Low­ery and Bran­don Flow­ers scored on turnovers by Marcus Mar­i­ota. Gor­don rushed 32 times and caught four passes for 65 yards. Colts 31, Pack­ers 26: Jor­dan Tod­man ran back the open­ing kick­off 99 yards, and Frank Gore rushed for two scores. An­drew Luck shook off two in­ter­cep­tions to fin­ish with 281 yards pass­ing and a touch­down. Eli Man­ning, who threw four touch­down passes against the Ea­gles, fires in the sec­ond quar­ter. Ravens 21, Steel­ers 14: Joe Flacco threw a 95-yard TD pass to Mike Wal­lace as the Ravens snapped a four-game skid, their long­est un­der John Har­baugh. The pass was the long­est reg­u­lar-sea­son play from scrim­mage in Ravens his­tory. Flacco went 18-for-30 for 241 yards. The Steel­ers have lost three straight and fell into a tie atop the AFC North with the Ravens at 4-4. Saints 41, 49ers 23: Drew Brees (28-for-39 for 323 yards) threw two TD passes to Michael Thomas and an­other to Mark In­gram, who ran for 158 yards and a 75-yard score. Cow­boys 35, Browns 10: Dak Prescott threw three touch­down passes, Ezekiel El­liott rushed for 92 yards and scored twice and TE Ja­son Wit­ten had 134 yards re­ceiv­ing. The Cow­boys (7-1) are off to their best start since 2007. Pan­thers 13, Rams 10: Cam New­ton per­se­vered through five sacks to pass for 225 yards and a touch­down. Greg Olsen caught a touch­down pass and Gra­ham Gano kicked two field goals as the Pan­thers (3-5) won their sec­ond straight. Dol­phins 27, Jets 23: Rookie Kenyan Drake scored un­touched on a 96-yard kick­off re­turn with 5:15 left as the Dol­phins (4-4) won their third in a row. The Jets (3-6) com­mit­ted four per­sonal fouls, and Ryan Fitz­patrick threw two INTs. Chiefs 19, Jaguars 14: Start­ing for the in­jured Alex Smith, Nick Foles threw for 187 yards and a touch­down while Cairo San­tos kicked four field goals as the Chiefs (6-2) won their 10th con­sec­u­tive home game. TE Travis Kelce was ejected after quar­rel­ing over a pass-in­ter­fer­ence no-call, then toss­ing a towel at the of­fi­cial as if it were a flag. Bron­cos at Raiders: Both teams were 6-2, tied with the Chiefs atop the AFC West. The Raiders were 22nd in points al­lowed at 25.4 per game. But the Bron­cos were just 27th in to­tal of­fense at 326.4 yards per game and 13th in scor­ing at 24.3.
