Bowie State sopho­more quar­ter­back Amir Hall, a Bowie na­tive, was hon­ored as Cen­tral In­ter­col­le­giate Ath­letic As­so­ci­a­tion Of­fen­sive Player of the Year. Hall leads the CIAA in com­ple­tions (161) and at­tempts (259) and is sec­ond in yards per game (305.1). Se­nior of­fen­sive line­man Justin Nestor (River Hill), se­nior wide re­ceiver Nyme Manns (Pat­ter­son), ju­nior de­fen­sive back and Bowie na­tive Rah­man Ka­mara, se­nior tight end Jor­dan Gar­ri­son (Poly) and ju­nior de­fen­sive tackle Sean Copeland (Over­lea) re­ceived Al­lCIAA hon­ors. Sopho­more wide re­ceiver Bran­don Brit­ton (St. Frances) and sopho­more run­ning back Robert Ches­son (Old Mill) re­ceived honor­able men­tion, while Bull­dogs fresh­man de­fen­sive backs Wil­liam Flow­ers ( Mervo) and Vic­tor Mack (Arun­del) were named to the CIAA All-Rookie team. MEN’S COL­LEGE SOC­CER: Hood se­nior for­ward Drew Demich and se­nior mid­fielder Ju­liano Pil­lari were named first-team All-Mid­dle At­lantic Con­fer­ence Com­mon­wealth.
