Five wounded in four Baltimore City shootings
Baltimore police are investigating four shootings Friday that left five men injured. Officers called to the 2500 block of W. Fairmount Ave. in Southwest Baltimore at 10:40 a.m. found a man with gunshot wounds, police said. They believe he was shot in the first block of Catherine St. Officers found a man with gunshot wounds in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Ave. in West Baltimore around 2:45 p.m. Detectives believe that the victim was shot in the 600 block of Laurens St. and ran to the Metro station on Pennsylvania Avenue. Officers called to the 2500 block of Arunah Ave. in West Baltimore at 5 p.m. found two men who had been shot, one in the leg and one in the arm. Officers called to the 3000 block of Janice Ave. in South Baltimore at 6:15 p.m. found a man shot in the upper body.
