Top-ranked Arch­bishop Curley fell be­hind and had to rally for a 2-2 tie with No. 8 C. Mil­ton Wright in boys soc­cer Fri­day.

Bran­don Knapp scored the game-ty­ing goal on a header seven min­utes into the sec­ond half for the host Fri­ars (11-0-1).

Curley went up 1-0 in the first half on a goal by Nick Richard­son be­fore Brett Lind­sey scored two in a row for the Mus­tangs (5-0-2).

NO. 2 MCDONOGH 6, JOHN CAR­ROLL 1: Casey Set­tle­man had a hat trick and Ma­son Chris­tian had two goals to lead the vis­it­ing Ea­gles (10-1, 8-1 Mary­land In­ter­scholas­tic Ath­letic As­so­ci­a­tion A Con­fer­ence) past the Pa­tri­ots (2-8, 2-7).

NO. 11 CALVERT HALL 3, ST. PAUL’S 2: Sean Bar­wick had a goal and two as­sists to lead the vis­it­ing Car­di­nals (7-4, 5-4 MIAA A Con­fer­ence) in a come-from-be­hind vic­tory over the Cru­saders (1-8, 1-8).

FRIENDS 3, ST. MARY’S 0: The host Quakers stayed un­de­feated and im­proved to 8-0-1 over­all and in the MIAA B Con­fer­ence by shut­ting out the Saints (1-7-1, 1-7-1). Friends’ goals were by An­dre Ay­ers, Paul Ben­zer and an own goal. and Lexie Steele scored goals on as­sists from Lizy Len­hart and Mag­gie An­der­son for the Ea­gles (3-4-1). Ari­anna Craw­ley added four saves in the vic­tory for AACS.

BRYN MAWR 2, ST. MARY’S 1: Molly McA­teer had a goal off an as­sist from Spira Rosseau for the Saints (2-5-1).
