Also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kathleen was an alumna of Notre Dame Preparator­y School, class of 2009 and the University of Maryland, College Park (2013) and a proud sister of Kappa Dr. Oscar Brilliant, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Friday, October 16th, 2020 at the age of 98. He is survived by his children, Dr. Harvey (Jamie) Brilliant, Dr. JoAnne Brilliant, Dr. Margo (Robert) Schwartz, and Robert Brilliant; devoted friend Rochelle Rikki Spector; grandchild­ren, Emily ( Jason Rosenblatt), Max, Elise (Jason Morjain), and Gerry (Paul Reimer); and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Oscar was predecease­d by his wife, Geraldine Brilliant (nee Harwitz); siblings, Benjamin Brilliant, Hyman Brilliant, Ida Brilliant, Dr. Samuel Brilliant, Jerome Brilliant, and Dr. Louis Brilliant; and parents, Louis and Esther Brilliant. Rosalyn S. Steinhorn (nee Willen), 68, of Owings Mills, MD passed away on Thursday, October 15th, 2020. She was predecease­d by her parents, Martin and Miriam Willen. COHEN, Irvin Irvin Cohen, 89, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020. She had a tremendous love, bond, and friendship with her children, grandchild­ren, sister, family, and friends. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, family dinners, karaoke, spending time with her friends and family in Florida, spending time with her granddog, “Dexter”, watching old movies and musicals on television, doing puzzles and games with Amber and Marc, and reminiscin­g about her tremendous love for her parents, Martin and Miriam Willen. She was married to her husband, Steve, for 46 years, and every moment with her was a blessing of love, kindness, and support. HAMBURGER, Ina Ina Hamburger (nee Blumberg), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 83. Ina was one of three children born in Baltimore to the late Harry and Esther Blumberg. Ina enjoyed her career with Baltimore County Schools as a Speech Pathologis­t for 30 years. After her retirement, she also worked as an instructor in the speech clinic at Towson University. Throughout her career, she also worked with many students as a private speech instructor, specializi­ng in stuttering. In her spare time, Ina enjoyed amateur theater, as both a participan­t and a patron. She also enjoyed many summers working at Camp Louise. She battled with appendicea­l cancer for two years. Despite her battles, her positive attitude and love for life never changed. Despite of her own health issues, she always put others first, had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was strong and determined to make everyday count. We will greatly miss her. She will live in our hearts forever. Funeral services are private. Please omit flowers.
