Serves 4 as a side dish Along with pro­bi­otic- packed yo­gurt, this light- bright take on the clas­sic dish fea­tures fresh fruit and nuts for min­er­als, an­tiox­i­dants, and fiber. 3 Tbs. plain or­ganic yo­gurt 3 Tbs. fresh squeezed orange juice plus 1 tsp.

orange zest 1 Tbs. or­ganic may­on­naise ( or plain yo­gurt) tsp. raw honey, or to taste 6 cups chopped Ro­maine let­tuce

1 ½ cups diced cooked turkey breast 1 large crisp red ap­ple ( such as Fuji or Pink

Lady), cored and finely chopped 4 large cel­ery stalks, thinly sliced 1 cup seed­less con­cord grapes, halved ⅓ cup toasted wal­nuts, coarsely chopped 1. In small bowl, com­bine yo­gurt, orange juice and zest, may­on­naise, and honey, and whisk un­til smooth.

2. In salad bowl, com­bine let­tuce, turkey, ap­ple, cel­ery, grapes, and wal­nuts. Driz­zle dress­ing over all, and toss gen­tly to coat.
