Afast-growing software company has located to Bonita Springs, announcing it will add up to 150 new jobs.
eMaint is a software firm in Florida, New Jersey and Ireland, managing, monitoring and controlling maintenance operations, resources, equipment and compliance for its clients. Established in 1986, eMaint’s client base consists of more than 50,000 users in more than 55 countries, ranging from small/medium-sized organizations to Fortune 500 corporations in industries such as manufacturing, facilities, services, fleet, energy, government and education.
eMaint plans for expansion in Southwest Florida, the firm’s CEO says. “Our move to our new Bonita Springs global headquarters is a result of significant company growth. We are excited with our Florida expansion. As our product and solutions have become better known in the industry, customer demand has risen―and quickly,” says Brian Samelson, eMaint’s founder and chief executive. “Our new, 26,000-square-foot office underscores our commitment to both our customers, our employees, Lee County and the state of Florida. The collaboration with officials from Enterprise Florida and the Lee County commissioners and Lee County Economic Development has been exceptional in our expansion.”
