The Breast Cancer Re­search Foun­da­tion held the 12th an­nual Boston Hot Pink Party at the In­terCon­ti­nen­tal Boston, rais­ing more than $1.7 mil­lion for breast cancer re­search. The muchan­tic­i­pated evening, de­signed by Rafanelli Events, had a disco era theme of “In The Spot­light.” Nile Rodgers and the Ladies of CHIC brought party-go­ers to their feet with an un­for­get­tably elec­tric per­for­mance. For the fifth con­sec­u­tive year, Saks Fifth Av­enue served as the lead bene­fac­tor. El­iz­a­beth Healey was pre­sented with the Roslyn and Les­lie Gold­stein Un­sung Hero Award and Si­mone St­edry Win­ston, BCRF ad­vi­sory board mem­ber, was hon­ored with the Carolyn Lynch Hu­man­i­tar­ian Award, for her com­mit­ment to im­pact-driven phi­lan­thropy and med­i­cal re­search in Boston.
